The architectural practice was started in 2004 by Elisha Long to undertake high quality conservation and contemporary design projects with a particular focus on materials conservation; traditional building techniques and heritage management. In 2009 she was joined by William Blackledge.

Both William and Elisha have post graduate training in building and materials conservation and many years experience in this field, both in the UK and Australia.
